hmmmm what about Feather Dance instead of Quick Attack? It's a shame its Special Attack is pitiful, Tri Attack is such a cool move

I think Quick Attack should stay, if anything goes for Feather Dance it should be Sky Attack. 2 turn moves blow. All it can really do with it is a gimmicky power herb set.
