I personally don't think that there's a better set of Egg Moves for Pidgey. No Guard Hurricane removes Air Slash or Air Cutter as options. Brave Bird and Pursuit for maybe if anyone likes to go physical. I don't think anybody would but yeah.

I'm also unsure if it's worth it to go either Naive or Hasty with a 31/31/31/30/30/31 IV spread because U-turn is a thing on Pidgey. While the main reason for running it is to gain momentum in battles, max damage wouldn't hurt I guess.

I wouldn't sacrifice bulk for U-Turn damage, is primarily a momentum grabber.
