Surprised noone has discussed EMs yet.

This thing would really appreciate Bite for Ghosts. Also one of its situational status moves sounds better than one of the Special moves due to Careful. Maybe we can consider Sassy instead? Base 45 Speed says the speed loss wont be missed and still outruns many things after they are Paralyzed (up to 464 speed) then it can tap into its special movepool which Serene Grace can benefit as well. Sticking with Careful is good too though as it speed ties with a Paralyzed max speed Deoxys-S but just an idea.

Also this gets Ancient Power via Lv Up.

I do agree on ancient power and bite.
