| This may be an unpopular idea but I'm kind of interested in Stomp and its 30% flinch rate chance on one hit. And with Parental Bond, that becomes ~51% between both hits. Yeah, it's lower than Serene Grace Togekiss' Air Slash. But Headbutt being a Gen 4 tutor, I think it could be a decent option.
Crush Claw might also be a good option.

| Drop hammer arm. That seems like a hugely bad idea, I'm assuming it drops speed twice.
I'm not really wild about any of its egg moves really.
Wondering also if adamant is the nature of preference here. It certainly is for me. | |

| Ok. Ill drop hammer arm. It can be replaced by either crush claw or stomp. I not really picky on which one since I won't use any of these moves on it. As for nature I am up for either one. | |

| I vote jolly because you get a +2 attack boost with Power-Up Punch | |

| If I'm not mistaken, adamant turns several significant pokes into OHKO that weren't, and it's not super necessary for it to have Max speed to function. I can't remember exactly, but I know I settled on adamant for a reason. | |

| Mega Kangaskhan is so common in doubles that I would run jolly only to make sure I outspeed most opposing Kangaskhans. And then the base 90 to 100 speed tier is really big and loves to run max speed so I'm sure it would be beneficial in many cases. | |
