Pretty standard set, bits hard with a solid typing once evolved into Vikavolt. HP Ice hits Dragons, and pairs well with Electric. Mud Shot is really useful as looking at its tyoing it's a solid switch in to many Steel types and has many resistances to common physical types.

Like Vikavolt Charla bug also has a great defensive typing. Also a great ability for Doubles. Moves like Electroweb, Mud Shot, and both opponent targeting Strip Shot makes it an interesting support option as well.

Looks good to me. We wouldn’t ordinarily need two sets but with the stark difference in spreads I think it could be necessary.

I feel it is worth noting though, looking into things Bold Vikavolt looks viable due to the points I gave about its great Defensive Typing and access to Roost. Maybe I should make Charjabug that for Multipurpose? Honestly Charjabug has good attack but just lacks good moves when compared to its special move pool and going Relaxed to Bold may make its speed make a difference with it's so support moves .
