Nature: Timid
IV spread: 30/30 or X/31/31/30/30
Hidden Power: Rock
Egg Moves:
- Nasty Plot
- Heat Wave
-Fire Spin
-Sleep Talk

This is probably the best and only set if you want Pansear.  You can teach it Grass Knot to take out water types etc.  And Hidden power rock deals with other fire types.  You can also take out Nasty plot and just put in Choice Specs opposed to the Life Orb in that set.

If you need the egg moves, I've got one with Nasty Plot, Heat Wave, Disarming Voice and Sleep Talk =P It's 5 IV (breeding reject). Not that it matters, though.

Since Pansear had very little views (thanks for choosing the best one guys), I'm assuming that's the set everyone wants. I finished it early today. It's male, in a repeat ball, and it's exact IV spread is
30/28/31/31/30/30.
