I have a 5IV (-Sp. Atk) as of now, so it is technically finished, though I'll try to get 6IV like I did with Skorupi and am trying to with Cacnea (even though none of them will ever use special attack...). But large numbers are good

That sounds so impersonal... this is a little baby Inkay ready to greet the world, not a fire plate being collected to sit in some bag for the rest of eternity. Only thing worse than that would be shoving it into some PC, never to see the light of day again...
