Sounds good. I prefer Life Orb as the item.

I like life orb as the item, and if you are going with Swift Swim, I'd go cross poison as the last egg move. No point in having an ability intended on raising speed with a move which lowers it.

I kinda like Curse better but b/c Swift Swim Cross Poison is the obvious way to go imo.

Also please put this thing in a matching ball

I sort of got into a "heated discussion" about this one with a few people from gamefaqs and my friend, on whether curse or cross poison was a better move for Anorith. The base speed is so bad that even with swift swim, you aren't going to be super fast, however, because you are investing in the ability in the first place, you should not use curse. Basically it boiled down to:

If you are running swift swim, use cross poison and if you are running battle armor, use curse.

Matching like anything that isnt the Pokeball preferably Dive but anything really as long as it isnt a Pokeball. Ask me if you need help getting it on a female.

You do know that anorith can only be in a poke or dream legally, right?

Resist the urge! Don't cave in to the claims of patching dive balls, there are too many strings attached to this deal. Not only will he give you a female with the matching ball... but he'll take a part of your soul O.O

It can be balled in any non-Apricorn/Safari ball. Keep in mind you dont have to use Dream Ball in the Dream World, you can use Dive Ball as well as every single other ball you can legally have in your bag
