| Now talking about cubchoo lol the set is good. I just wonder whether night slash could make into the EMs... I'd also equip with Life Orb | |

Icicle Crash almost always would win for that moveslot imo while Avalanche I find works well with Substitute which is how I personally run it. Perhaps I should poll it?

| Well it's just that you usually want to outspeed your opponent with that thing (rattled/swift swim or baton pass) so Avalanche isn't going to be very useful.
Like you said, Icicle Crash will generally be the prefered move here, but the only 2 reasons I can see for not having Icicle Crash are 1. Wanting a 100% accuracy move, and 2. Wanting to use Cubchoo in Little Cup. In both cases, you're going to want Ice Punch over Avalanche.
It really doesn't matter that much though.

| If we're taking Avalanche, I think we should choose Night Slash. It learns Icicle Crash by level-up. | |

problem w/ Night Slash though is it gets Shadow Claw by Lv up which is why I didnt put it. If something goes over Play Rough I feel Encore would be the best option. Though Ice Punch vs Avalanche and Encore vs Play Rough I feel I should poll.

We're not taking Avalanche for Icicle Crash, we're taking Avalanche for Ice Punch And Night Slash is cool but the other egg moves are better so... idk Actually I think I would choose: - Ice Punch - Play Rough - Superpower - Yawn but well... if you guys really want Focus Punch I guess that's fine...

but well... if you guys really want Focus Punch I guess that's fine... Super Power isn't an EM and Beartic gets it via Lv Up. Poll has been placed so feel free to pick your preferred EM for slot 1 and 2. Focus Punch and Yawns I feel are musts for extra versatility.

| Suprised people are wanting Play Rough over Encore. From personal experience a fast (Swift Swim) Sub Encore Punch is amazing though it doesnt get STAB though but Encore = Free setup which is always helpful more than Play Rough's coverage when it gets Ice STAB. Still will choose whichever 2 win so I'll check again tomorrow. | |

| Yeah, I agree, ice fairy is actually really redundant coverage. We don't need play rough. | |

| Play Rough might come in handy since Beartic will be a sweeper (also to get rid of Fighting pkmn). I still think that neither Ice Punch nor Avalanche are musts since it learns Icicle Crash via level-up. Then, we could have Encore in that spot. It is indeed an interesting choice. So I'd choose Focus Punch, Yawn, Play Rough and Encore. | |

| On a sweeper, you want the best coverage available imo, and fairy/ice is not great.
HOWEVER, there aren't a lot of coverage options there, so I can see the argument for fairy. It's just not that stellar with ice. I like ice punch over icicle crash, 10 power is not worth 10 accuracy.

| So would you guys be ok if I did Ice Punch/Encore/Focus Punch/Yawn despite Play Rough being the victor? | |

| Not really no, if it's the victor it means people prefer it... and it's not like 6-2-2 is a close win, it's a very clear win | |

| But Play Rough is extremely Redundant coverage with its main use being against Dragons and Beartic getting Ice STAB. only hitting Fighting/Darks otherwise which isnt worth it being there imo. | |

| I think it would be worth it even if it only hit fighting types. Pretty much any fighting type that you don't OHKO is going to OHKO you, so being able to hit then super effectively is a must. | |

| True, and I agree, but this isn't the white house, you can't just issue an executive order and bypass all checks when you don't like the answer. | |

| Well only Fighting type I can think of are Conkeldur and max Def Intimidate Hitmontop which Play Rough scores a OHKO on both (except in Conk's case a layer of Spikes would ensure its taken out with Icicle Crash and Mach Punch exists even if you use both) so for those situations alone I guess its worth considering. Still want to keep Yawn as Beartic has the bulk to use it and Focus Punch b/c I feel its a must. So fine I guess you win.
I'll breed Encore anyways

| Went doesn't it just get earthquake? This would solve everything.
This thing will never see those guys, he'll be down with the likes of Throh. I do feel Encore is better, it's a move with pretty limited distribution, and like you said, can land you a free focus punch.

See Bunsel gets it Encore+Sub Punch is just amazing especially with high speed under rain. Although not as powerful as Ape's I used it with Infernape along w/ Fire Blast as the 4th EM Also this thing can get free SDs/PuPs when you trap the foe in some boosting/status move, can set up a Sub, and wreak havoc. Sadly still got to do play rough anyways. I wont be doing this Cubchoo till after a couple of other side projects though as I really do not want to miss a 6IV sread for something else I'm breeding on the side.

| Personally, I would just swords dance, but yeah. Although, I can see a lot of pokes like Scrafty or Throh switching in, so fairy probably isn't going to be that useless. | |

Thats true. Although I'd most likely be running something else over it at least Play Rough is situational in that case. I'll update the title when I actually do start on it.
