Not sure if anyone cares for HP.  I do not, but that's just me.  Let me know!

I'd probably go Timid for the nature, because it feels like such a waste to not take advantage of the 91 base speed, which gives it the edge over the 90 tier. I might also be tempted to go Defog over Agility, but not sure if it can efficiently utilize it well.

I know in terms of Hidden power that some chatot run HP Ground, which has a spread of like... 31/X/31/30/30/31. I can supply you a ditto if you need it, and can give you advice on HP Breeding if people want to go this route.

I would also go Defog over Agility, and hp ground is a good idea.

Would big pecks be a better ability for it? Although both abilities aren't great anyway so ultimately, it doesn't matter haha

Timid all the way. Also, I like keen eye if only that it isn't affected by double team.

Yeah, HP Ground sounds decent as this thing gets walled pretty hard by rock types. It probably can't use Defog or Agility that well due its insane frailty, but Defog is the better move. If it's gonna setup it wants Nasty Plot, not Agility.
