This one is a good option, and frankly, just the one I typed first. It makes a pretty good option for a VoltTurn team, providing a great typing and just enough power to actually accomplish something.

Another option is to have it as a status user. Bold is an option I guess, but it's just so frail, I think speed is the best thing for it. If not, hey, I have a Bold Rotom too!

Wish Pain Split was a thing, I love SubSplit Rotom.

If I could get Mademoiselle C and Magikarpus to approve this, I'll move it straight to finished. My Rotom is already EV trained (don't worry, no one else has to do that, just happened to already have it). I'll change it's form from Rotom-H and we can distribute it.
