It can't actually learn baton pass. Only the one from Pokemon XD after purified had the move, and I don't think it can be passed down. So... offensive it is

The only way I'd ever use that thing is:
@ Focus Sash - Light Screen - Reflect - Explosion - Will-O-Wisp (or Stealth Rock if the tutor comes back)
