I'll shoulder this so that we can move on.

For Set 1, this is the "standard" physical set. Brave Bird is actually a relearnable move for Swellow in ORAS and Sky Attack is a tutor move. Ideal item is Flame Orb to take advantage of Guts but Master Ball for the ORAS legends.

I deleted Set 2 since it will not get much usage and is relatively unnecessary for the distribution.

I have no words for that last set. I have used Pokemon that were way better suited to a special set and gotten hounded for it, but yet this finds its way onto Smogon. I'm just bewildered.

But it all looks great Bash, thanks for jumping on this. Karp is semi gone now, so we're in a state of flux right now anyway. Once we get this done zoid and I will talk.

I'd go... timid in the second set and Mirror Move instead of Brave Bird.

I'll do farfetch'd or however you spell it, i feel guilty over not taking a taillow now seeing as i only did one poke this round.

The first swellow set is good. The second MIGHT be outclassed by chatot. They're both in the same tier, chatot is slower but it can hit significantly harder (and can use scarf unlike swellow who needs an offense boosting item). Would there be any reason to using this over chatot other than the whole endavor thing?

Haha. To be honest, I'm not super-excited about the second set either. I guess the only thing going for it is that Swellow can hit Ghost types while Chatot cannot. Then again, that whole Scrappy Boomburst spam is arguably done more effectively with a Scarfed Exploud. Swellow though is naturally fast (with both favourable Speed natures and max investment, I think Swellow is faster than Greninja), so it can "afford" to run Choice Specs.

I can probably take the Second Set down if more people aren't too sure about it.

You can breed the 2nd set if you want but I really don't think it's necessary. I doubt anyone is actually going to use it lol

Nah, I'll just remove it eventually when this goes into "In Progress." It'll save me time breeding.

I deleted the second set seeing that it wasn't really needed. Just one set for this bird.

My views on running Boomburst taillow are much the same as my views on growing facial hair... Just because it's possible, doesn't mean you should do it.
