Superpower is Dream World only, so an offensive set is off the table. For Doubles support, Bold/Calm are good. Spinda isn't going to last long on the field, its main goal: Skill Swap with an ally or an opponent who is evidently going to boost and use Icy Wind for speed control. Bright Powder is there for evasion hax to increase chances of staying on the field.

For Singles, hmm... it can also be a Wish Passer.

It's best niche is by far doubles, so stick with the first set of moves.

I think I'd do Fake Out, Icy Wind, Encore and Trick/Wish.

For Doubles...

Fake Out is omnipresent so it seems like a must.
Icy Wind for speed control (hits both opponents).
Encore is good too.

For the last egg move though, I feel like Disable is slightly better as it can force a switch.

I haven't done the calculations but it is likely that Spinda is too slow to use Trick, even with a Scarf. And Wish is less used in Doubles due to the minimal switches. While Wish is a stellar move and still viable in doubles on Pokémon like Clefairy/Umbreon/Aromatisse, I think Spinda is too frail to contribute to the team with Wish.

Any other thoughts on this one?

As long as there's Fake Out, Icy Wind and Encore I'm fine with the set. Choose whatever you like as the last move or make a poll, idk.

I'm sticking with Disable for the last move unless someone else speaks out. Fake Out, Icy Wind, Encore are definitely staying.

Nature: Bold or Calm? or another one?

I'm going to make the decision for Bold. Unless someone else objects.

I was gonna say calm because of its immunity, but honestly it makes no difference.

It's fine. Yeah, it really makes no difference and I have no preference. But I guess I'm going for Calm instead since there's at least one vote for it. Lol.

I'd rather just go all in on Speed. 60/60 Defenses just arent enough to save this thing. 324/156/240 Defenses fully invested are just too bad.

So are you thinking Timid (for Icy Wind)? or Jolly since it gets (slightly) better physical coverage moves (Sucker Punch, Drain Punch, Elemental Punches)?
