I think Jolly is the way to go, and you don't need 31 IVs in special attack

I'd also go Jolly and yeah, 31 in Sp. Atk isn't needed, but I won't stop you if you want to get it. (I'd be the biggest hypocrite if I even tried that. I think the 6IV Weedle sort of forfeited my ability to ever question the need for 6IVs...) Think the egg moves look good though

Oh! I didn't see Rapid Spin the first time I read. Jolly for sure. Yep it looks good!

I like this set. I was contemplating on Adamant but Jolly is indeed better.

Is naive an option to go mixed with hydro pump? Base 85 special attack is nothing at which to scoff, and it would be cool to see a mixed shell smash user.

A mixed set like Bunsel suggested would be cool. I'd never had a problem walling fully physical Cloysters as they usually go down easily after a Shell Smash and it would appreciate the extra wall breaking potential.

I'll add a poll for the nature.
