I think its better to get a 31/x/30/31/31/31 regardless however maybe you misread the IV Judge or one of the stats.

Ok so I'm done breeding all the timid HP Rotoms ans also the Bold one, so there's only the Calm Rotom left to do.
Since there's a Modest HP Ice too, I'll update the list of Rotoms that we're distributing

I'd just give a few Choice Scarf and specs, just because those seem to be what are used a lot.
