I would probably go quiet for nature, since the 45 speed is just not great, but its attacks are decent. the moves look good too. But will someone explain to me how this things evolves to an octopus?

Hm, true. I would like moody as well. This may require another set though, as moody is banned in Smogon.

Ok. I'll make a moody set. For the natures, should I go for Quiet natures for both sets? Or should I go with modest for the moody set?

I can see both being good, Modest allowing you to play with speed and Quiet allowing you to play with Attack.
